The Recovery Operations Supervisor role is onsite in Greensburg, IN, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation is $75,190 annually. Groups Recover Together provides outpatient substance use disorder treatment through local care teams, online and in-person services, and community partnerships. The role supports recovery outcomes by developing staff, overseeing workflows and site operations, tracking performance, and partnering with clinical and regional leaders to improve service delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop Recovery Support Coordinators
• supervise performance and support onboarding and training
• ensure adherence to workflows, policies, and compliance standards
• oversee daily operations across multiple sites
• manage coverage, schedules, supplies, and equipment
• track KPIs and develop improvement plans
• conduct quality and compliance audits
• support office launches, transitions, and closures
• collaborate with clinical leadership
• maintain EHR documentation and reports
• coordinate with operational, clinical, and community stakeholders
• support community outreach and special projects.
