What you'll do

• Help generate, issue, and execute commissioning plans
• interact with project teams on deliverables
• review subcontractor shop drawings and submittals
• lead mechanical/electrical coordination
• develop systems schedules
• perform site inspections and submit reports
• create constructability reviews
• provide budgetary M/E estimates
• review system options and design documents
• participate in bid analysis and subcontractor selection
• develop sequencing requirements
• participate in commissioning, including checklists and functional testing.
