Climate Finance Portfolio Manager (Vice President)

The position manages assigned climate loan relationships through credit analysis, monitoring, documentation, and coordination with borrowers and internal and external partners. Its work supports portfolio performance, policy compliance, timely risk identification, and sound loan administration.

What you'll do

• Review borrower financial reporting and project performance
• monitor covenants and document exceptions
• underwrite and recommend modifications, renewals, waivers, and amendments
• prepare credit memoranda, risk ratings, and approval packages
• coordinate loan documentation
• maintain credit files
• identify and escalate emerging risks
• provide secondary approval for advances when conditions are met.
