Pest Control Technician (Termite)

The Pest Control Technician (Termite) role is onsite in Brentwood, TN. Pay is $18 per hour. The technician serves residential or commercial pest-control customers using an Integrated Pest Management approach. The technician inspects and treats structures for wood-destroying organisms, explains personalized solutions, and maintains customer relationships. The work supports Arrow Exterminators’ service to customers and its goal of protecting quality of life.

What you'll do

• Determine prescribed treatment from inspection documentation
• prepare site areas as prescribed
• install termite bait stations
• trench and apply liquid treatments
• drill and treat void spaces or blocks
• apply spray treatments
• collect service payments
• answer customer questions
• maintain equipment and vehicle.
