The schedule is Friday 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 11:30 AM–10:00 PM, and Monday 11:30 AM–10:00 PM, with Tuesday through Thursday off. Bonfe’s Dispatch team coordinates service operations for its residential plumbing, heating, cooling, drain-clearing, and electrical services. This role owns live evening dispatch operations across service trades as daytime and trade-specific coverage winds down. It coordinates technicians, customer commitments, emergencies, and schedule changes, making real-time decisions to keep work moving and customer communication clear.

What you'll do

• Lead weekend evening dispatch operations across service trades
• monitor technician availability, customer commitments, emergencies, capacity, delays, cancellations, and schedule changes
• communicate with customers and technicians
• identify same-day work opportunities
• maintain accurate ServiceTitan records
• document and transition operational information for the next team.
