What you'll do

• Serve as a Virtuous product expert
• lead consulting sessions to understand goals and recommend solutions
• translate nonprofit fundraising goals into scalable platform solutions
• advise on automation, segmentation, personalization, and donor engagement
• design donor journeys
• assess system landscapes and integrations
• configure automations, reports, dashboards, receipt templates, and giving forms
• deliver advanced training and create customer resources
• manage engagement scope, hours, timelines, deliverables, and communications
• document solutions and best practices
• identify recurring needs and recommend service improvements
• collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, Product, Development, and Professional Services.
