The Microsoft Power Platform and AI Developer role is onsite in either Jacksonville or Titusville, FL; relocation may be offered to meet the onsite expectation. Compensation is not specified. The position supports EnSafe’s Environmental Information Systems services group, which develops technology solutions for environmental consulting and related project work. The developer builds and supports business applications and cloud solutions that help project teams collect, manage, analyze, automate, and report data. The role translates stakeholder needs into maintainable tools, supports integrations and reporting, troubleshoots existing solutions, and applies responsible AI practices to improve business workflows.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online
• build Microsoft 365 collaboration and document workflows
• develop user interfaces for office, field, mobile, and client-facing processes
• support field data collection tools
• gather requirements and recommend process improvements
• integrate systems
• develop dashboards and reports
• prepare and model data
• troubleshoot applications and access issues
• document, test, deploy, and support solutions
• contribute reusable practices
• apply responsible AI and generative AI capabilities
• and create user training materials.
