What you'll do

• manage bank website and member-facing platforms
• analyze campaign performance and customer data
• conduct market research
• manage community giving and represent the bank at events
• lead Marketing and Business Development teams
• oversee staffing, performance reviews, and employee development
• ensure compliance with policies and banking regulations.
