What you'll do

• Manage line leads and assemblers
• set labor priorities across work centers
• plan production targets and milestones
• oversee hiring, onboarding, training, skill matrices, and development plans
• manage timecards, attendance, schedules, and labor tracking
• conduct performance reviews and corrective actions
• communicate production stoppages
• manage work in process
• support material review board dispositions and engineering change notices
• implement training curricula and contribute to continuous improvement.
