What you'll do

• Investigate customer-reported quality cases and coordinate documentation and corrective actions with suppliers
• collaborate with outsourced vendors on packaging quality and production issues
• create and manage test protocols, specifications, and compliance documentation
• ensure materials meet food-contact safety and regulatory requirements
• maintain vendor safety and compliance documentation
• support qualification and validation of child-resistant packaging
• drive continuous improvement in packaging quality, compliance, and design.
