What you'll do

• Evaluate patients’ speech and language difficulties and determine the need for continued therapy
• teach sound production and voice improvement
• teach alternative communication methods such as sign language
• guide healthcare team members, patients, and caregivers in therapeutic exercises
• document progress and clinical notes and submit visit documentation per agency policy.
