Vice President of Maintenance

What you'll do

• Support gyms and lead area maintenance managers and technicians
• coach, develop, and train facility technicians
• manage work orders and equipment uptime
• conduct quarterly regional club inspections
• support grand openings and site readiness
• build and manage vendor relationships
• partner on capital projects
• hire and develop technicians
• ensure facility and equipment quality assurance
• follow up on scheduled preventive maintenance.
