Experienced CNC Machinist

What you'll do

• Set up machines and program machine tools
• adjust and reprogram controls
• operate large CNC mills and lathes
• perform drilling, grooving, cutting, turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing
• troubleshoot programming and process errors
• perform preventive maintenance
• calculate dimensions and tolerances using instruments such as micrometers and calipers
• interpret work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, and GD&T
• replace worn tools and follow quality procedures.
