Late-Stage Development Intern — Renewable Energy Projects

The Late-Stage Development Intern role is onsite in Bloomington, MN, at Geronimo Power’s headquarters. Pay is $20.00–$25.00 per hour. The Development team advances utility-scale renewable energy projects toward construction, supporting energy infrastructure across the United States. The intern supports project execution and coordination during late-stage development. By helping maintain reporting, risk tracking, project controls, documentation, and cross-functional follow-up, the role contributes to project readiness and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Support executive reporting, dashboards, portfolio summaries, and Board presentation updates
• maintain risk registers and track mitigation actions
• track Stage Gate deliverables and documentation
• compile project schedule, budget, and milestone information
• coordinate action items
• support document management and quality control
• assist with lessons learned, process improvements, procedures, templates, and training materials
• coordinate stakeholder meetings
• prepare reports, analyses, and presentations.
