What you'll do

• Lead assigned Engage Life programs
• offer supervised recreational activities
• develop programs, including where applicable for residents confined to their rooms
• encourage participation
• maintain event schedules and activity records
• welcome new residents
• assist with parties, seasonal decorations, birthday events, housewarmings, census-building initiatives, and volunteer recruitment
• may drive a company vehicle if required by the community.
