What you'll do

• Complete work orders within the role’s classification
• move trash containers and maintain garbage-removal equipment
• assist with snow and ice removal, vacant-apartment trash-outs, and maintenance functions as requested
• clean common, mechanical, electrical, and shop areas
• coordinate parts and supplies
• perform routine tasks
• and maintain required safety practices and records. Must be able to work on a ladder or elevated surface.
