What you'll do

• Assist residents with ambulation and transfers, feeding, hygiene, bathing, dressing, and skin care
• support bowel and bladder rehabilitation
• collect specimens and record intake and output
• take temperature, pulse, and respiration
• observe residents and report changes
• clean equipment
• maintain records and confidentiality
• report accidents or hazards.
