What you'll do

• Install firestop assemblies according to test plans, UL standards, and life-safety drawings
• measure, cut, and assemble materials
• set up and break down test frames and fire-rated assemblies
• document test setups
• collaborate with lab engineers to evaluate and improve systems
• research reference materials
• follow lab procedures and safety protocols.

Why this role

Full-time schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM. Occasional overtime may be needed around testing or project deadlines with advance approval. Construction, carpentry, drywall, firestopping, or insulation experience is preferred.
