What you'll do

• Support consistent curriculum implementation across early childhood classrooms
• apply child-development research and developmentally appropriate practices
• analyze child assessment and classroom observation data
• translate findings into curriculum, resource, and professional-development recommendations
• support alignment with state Early Learning Standards
• develop training scripts, facilitator guides, presentations, and teacher resources
• create workshop, virtual-training, and on-demand content
• partner with Curriculum, Learning & Development, Operations, and center leaders to improve classroom quality and teacher effectiveness.
