Product Manager — VA Loan Guaranty Modernization

The Product Manager — VA Loan Guaranty Modernization role is remote within the United States, with 40 hours per week and availability during core business hours of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET. What you'll do

• Turn business needs and policy changes into traceable user stories and precise acceptance criteria
• drive intake to scoped and estimated plans
• sequence modernization, sustainment, and legacy decommissioning
• balance stakeholder needs
• prioritize monthly releases and coordinate user acceptance testing
• assess configuration-versus-customization tradeoffs
• use analytics and operational metrics
• plan transitions from legacy to modern systems
• use AI tools within federal security, data, privacy, and authorization boundaries.
