What you'll do

• Operationalize the IT roadmap
• lead and mentor the IT team
• establish and track SLAs, KPIs, and user satisfaction metrics

• support budgeting and resource planning
• manage core internal systems, licenses, and employee lifecycle processes
• maintain system availability and reliability
• support hybrid and remote employees
• automate onboarding, offboarding, and provisioning
• integrate HR, identity, SaaS, endpoint, and ITSM platforms
• partner on security, audits, compliance, and vendor reviews
• own IT support, SaaS portfolio, licensing, assets, and vendor relationships.
