What you'll do

• Lead pastry department operations and daily production
• recruit, train, mentor, and develop pastry team members
• uphold quality and presentation standards
• execute established recipes and menu offerings
• oversee production of cakes, pastries, breads, plated desserts, and specialty baked goods
• partner with culinary leadership on seasonal offerings and new concepts
• manage purchasing, inventory, vendor relationships, food and labor costs, and production plans
• maintain food safety, sanitation, allergen controls, and workplace safety.

Why this role
