Security Shift Supervisor

The Security Shift Supervisor role is onsite in Brooklyn, NY. Pay is $24 per hour. What you'll do

• Train security employees
• supervise and delegate tasks to security staff, drivers, and kitchen staff on assigned shifts
• monitor access control and security screening equipment
• respond to incidents and emergencies
• conduct facility and exterior rounds
• complete security and incident reports
• document in CARES and Westhab protocols
• coordinate with EMS and NYPD
• inspect security and fire safety systems
• adjust schedules for absences
• support fire drills
• review logs and equipment inventory
• provide crisis intervention.
