Compensation is $20–$30 per year. The Retail Sales Consultant is an onsite role based in Omaha, NE. This role supports the residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services department at Aksarben Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing. This position exists to drive lead generation and customer engagement within retail environments. The consultant acts as a brand ambassador, educating homeowners on home comfort solutions and scheduling free in-home consultations to support the company's service goals.

What you'll do

• Engage with shoppers to discuss home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
• Act as a brand ambassador for ARS services.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for specialists.
• Support in-store promotions and maintain a professional presence.
