The Emergency Medical Technician / Paramedic role is onsite in Houston, TX, with a weekday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay is $20–$25 per hour. Hamilton Health Box operates telemedicine-enabled primary care clinics and aims to provide high-touch, low-cost care to patients and clients. The On-Site Clinician supports daily clinical and administrative operations, delivering protocol-driven care and helping patients navigate screenings, follow-up, referrals, and health education. The role contributes to accessible, coordinated care at the clinic and may involve travel to local locations.

What you'll do

• Support clinic operations
• assist with physicals and placement examinations
• complete screenings, testing, and results reporting
• schedule follow-up and return-to-work exams
• coordinate referrals and document follow-up in medical records
• participate in employee classes, health fairs, and training
• provide one-on-one counseling or coaching and health education
• and use electronic medical records. Local clinic travel may be needed.
