Residential Program Manager

The position supports program planning, supervision, investigations, and collaboration across residential, clinical, education, social work, recreation, and community teams.

What you'll do

• Coordinate residential treatment teaming and service delivery
• assist with departmental policies and procedures
• supervise recreation staff and program supervisors
• oversee community activities and life-skills programming
• conduct monthly supervision
• facilitate staff meetings and training
• oversee daily staff and program agendas
• coordinate investigations with leadership and relevant agencies
• review incident reports and shift documentation
• support implementation of policies and trauma-informed care principles
• serve as primary on-call contact for staffing issues.
