Lead Chef – Teen Residential Facility

Job overview

The Lead Chef role is onsite in Crownsville, MD; pay is $20–$24 per hour. The full-time position supports Sandstone Care’s teen residential treatment facility, where the kitchen team prepares nutritious meals for adolescent clients receiving substance use and mental health treatment. The Lead Chef plans menus, prepares meals, and manages kitchen operations and inventory while supervising and developing kitchen staff. The role contributes to a safe, supportive residential environment as part of the facility’s treatment setting.
