The Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is onsite in Hampton, VA, with compensation of $80,000–$105,000 per year. The position is with United and Empowered Children’s Services, a modern pediatric outpatient clinic. The BCBA develops and oversees individualized applied behavior analysis services for children and families. The role uses assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and collaboration to support meaningful outcomes and coordinate care across the multidisciplinary team.

What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior and skill assessments and clinically appropriate reassessments
• develop evidence-based treatment plans and behavior-support strategies
• supervise, train, and provide feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians
• review data and adjust plans as clinically appropriate
• train and support caregivers
• collaborate with other care-team professionals
• complete timely, payer-compliant documentation and authorization materials
• maintain certification, applicable Virginia licensure, and continuing education.
