What you'll do

• Follow resident assessment and care plans
• assist with bathing, dressing, oral care, grooming, and other personal needs
• administer medication when certified by the state as a CMA and maintain medication charts
• maintain narcotic counts
• keep care logs and records current
• report changes, incidents, and discrepancies to the supervisor or on-call contact immediately
• communicate care updates across shifts
• help maintain the home, prepare meals, and provide resident interaction and activities.
