• Manage kitting from planning and material allocation through delivery to production lines
• coordinate with production and quality teams
• audit processes and implement improvements
• maintain kitting documentation
• train and support junior team members
• and analyze performance data. Production employees may work across machine operation, material preparation, finishing, packaging, quality inspection, and general production support.
