The Vitamin/Body Care Assistant position is onsite in Fort Worth, TX, with pay of $17 per hour. The role supports Natural Grocers’ vitamin and body care departments and their operation and profitability. The assistant helps maintain stocked, organized, customer-ready departments while supporting sales, inventory accuracy, merchandising, and department personnel. Customer service and product knowledge help shoppers find products and support the store’s health and wellness mission.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service
• assist managers with ordering and inventory levels
• support department margin, sales, and profitability
• maintain product standards
• follow up on special orders
• merchandise shelves and displays
• assist with tagging, facing, rotating, cleaning, markdowns, stocking, and backstock
• help train and monitor department personnel
• conduct active and passive demonstrations
• support store opening and closing, cash handling, and register functions
• answer product questions within company standards
• increase product knowledge.
