The Concrete Estimator – Structural Concrete role is onsite in Sacramento, CA, with an annual base salary of $115,000–$150,000, depending on experience. The estimator develops competitive estimates from quantity takeoff through bidding and buyout. The work helps project teams assess costs, risks, and execution options for complex concrete scopes and supports coordination with project managers, field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.

What you'll do

• Prepare structural concrete estimates and quantity takeoffs for concrete, reinforcing steel, formwork, and related scopes
• analyze plans and specifications
• quantify labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• develop bids and proposals
• solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• identify risks and value-engineering opportunities
• assist with buyout and procurement
• review submittals and coordinate with project and field teams.
