Claims Specialist

The Claims Specialist role is onsite in Mission, KS. Pay is $22–$24 per hour based on experience. What you'll do

• Collect and analyze claim documentation
• assist customers with lost, missing, and damaged freight claims
• communicate with carriers, insurers, customers, and other parties
• manage claims portals and monthly reporting
• coordinate with internal teams and third-party claims providers
• respond to calls, emails, and Zendesk inquiries
• analyze weekly claims data and identify trends.

Why this role
