The Chief Advancement Officer role is onsite in Charlottesville, VA. Compensation is $200,000–$240,000 per year. What you'll do

• Lead annual giving, major and planned gifts, capital campaigns, endowment growth, grants, and other philanthropic initiatives
• cultivate and steward donors
• develop fundraising plans, metrics, and goals
• work with the Head of School and Board of Trustees on philanthropic priorities
• oversee advancement operations, communications, events, database management, and reporting
• represent the school to external stakeholders.
