Director of Patient Experience

What you'll do

• Conduct resident and family rounds
• serve as a primary contact for questions and support
• coordinate follow-up on concerns
• support welcoming admissions
• lead management ambassador rounding
• document concerns and resolutions
• monitor guest service feedback
• lead satisfaction initiatives
• analyze and present satisfaction data
• partner with department leaders on service excellence
• support customer service education and staff recognition
• participate in quality assurance and performance improvement.
