Customer Care Representative

What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls and direct them to relevant departments
• enter and process customer product-support requests
• triage calls and resolve non-technical cases
• respond to inquiries by phone, email, and live chat
• provide product, service, and policy information
• document interactions in the CRM
• escalate complex issues and ensure follow-up
• process orders, returns, and exchanges
• support sales, operations, and other internal departments.
