Shift Leader

The Shift Leader role is onsite in Brigham City, UT. Compensation is $14–$16 per hour. The shift leader helps deliver a consistent guest experience by leading the team, preparing food to brand standards, and maintaining food safety and operational standards. The role also supports crew development and assists managers with daily restaurant execution.

What you'll do

• Lead the team during assigned shifts
• provide customer service
• prepare subs to brand standards
• coach and motivate crew members
• assist with training and onboarding
• maintain a clean and food-safe restaurant
• monitor food quality and operating standards
• manage opening and closing responsibilities
• assist with inventory and product rotation
• address customer questions and concerns
• support the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
