What you'll do

• Represent clients in post-closing M&A disputes, including indemnification claims and representations and warranties insurance litigation
• analyze transaction documents
• develop litigation strategy through litigation, arbitration, mediation, and settlement
• draft and review filings and discovery materials
• collaborate with damages experts and consultants
• conduct and defend depositions
• oversee fact development and discovery
• advise clients
• supervise and mentor associates and manage litigation teams.
