What you'll do

• Oversee daily rendering plant operations to meet production, safety, environmental, and quality objectives
• manage raw material receiving and finished-product loading and shipment
• troubleshoot equipment and process issues
• supervise, train, develop, and retain employees
• implement cross-training programs
• monitor production and complete daily operational reports
• ensure food safety, environmental, and workplace safety compliance
• support preventive maintenance, process improvements, and operational efficiency
• collaborate with maintenance, transportation, and other plant teams
• provide supervisory support to other shifts as needed.
