It exists to provide a seamless customer experience while ensuring store standards, loss prevention, and operational tasks are executed effectively to meet business goals.

What you'll do

• Ensure teammates provide great customer service
• Lead a selling culture
• Recognize and reward performance
• Coach, train, and support teammates
• Manage loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations
• Ensure the store is neat, clean, and well-stocked
• Open and close the store
• Support retail/omni KPI target achievement
• Act as the leader on duty
• Provide product information
• Maintain merchandise and floor set standards
• Evaluate sales and payroll goals
• Build customer loyalty
• Assume Stock Keyholder responsibilities.
