Sales Admin Support Coordinator

Job overview

The Sales Admin Support Coordinator role is remote for candidates in the Central or Eastern Time Zone, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the employee’s local time zone. Compensation is $40,000–$50,000 per year. The role supports Vault Roofing’s Sales Operations team. The coordinator keeps administrative systems, equipment, and workforce processes organized and functioning, helping sales managers and team members resolve routine operational needs and improve workflows as the organization grows.

What you'll do

• Set up and maintain user accounts across CRM, lender, POS, and other systems
• help resolve basic login and access questions
• coordinate system access for onboarding and offboarding
• maintain workforce and headcount tracking
• order and track equipment and field materials
• troubleshoot and escalate issues
• identify workflow improvements
• support changing priorities.
