Provides Medical Nutrition Therapy to inpatients. Performs malnutrition assessments, nutrition-focused physical exams, and diet education. Consults with physicians and allied health professionals regarding patient nutritional status. Formulates nutrition assessment, evaluation, and follow-up plans.
