What you'll do

• Serve as the onsite escalation point for customer inquiries and service recovery
• coordinate with offsite Customer Service teams
• verify orders before load-out
• engage first-time customers to explain expectations and policies
• conduct daily service audits and provide real-time coaching
• track misplaced or overflow inventory and communicate with customers
• process returns
• support lot safety, traffic flow, and load-out
• provide 1–2 hours of daily operational support to the Area Manager and/or Returns team
• identify recurring issues and escalate trends.
