Tax Compliance Director

What you'll do

• Lead preparation, review, and filing of U.S. federal, state, and local tax returns and provisions
• direct international compliance across U.K. and global entities
• lead transfer-pricing strategy, documentation, and compliance
• conduct M&A tax due diligence
• assess tax risks and legislation
• manage tax-authority, auditor, and consultant relationships
• coordinate working papers and tax audits.
