Will Call Associate is an onsite, full-time role in Roseville, CA, paying $16.00–$18.00 per hour. The position reports to the Party Rental Warehouse Manager at Wright Celebrations. The associate prepares rental equipment for customer pickup and return, verifies items and paperwork, and helps customers load and unload vehicles. The role also supports equipment readiness, inventory, cleaning, and an orderly warehouse and dock.

What you'll do

• Complete will-call paperwork
• stage and prepare equipment for pickup
• check and inspect items as they are loaded or returned
• report missing items to a supervisor
• help customers load and unload rental equipment and explain its use and safety features
• clean and inspect equipment
• complete service tags for damaged or incomplete items
• maintain inventory, warehouse cleanliness, and equipment displays.
