Roll Operator

The Roll Operator role is onsite in Zelienople, PA. Starting pay is $18 per hour. The position is offered through Integrative Staffing Group as temp-to-hire, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. The operator handles steel plate and runs a roll machine to shape or flatten material, monitoring quality and completing inspections. The work supports production by maintaining product specifications, safe operations, and an orderly work area.

What you'll do

• Load steel plate using lifting clamps, chains, and an overhead crane
• operate the roll machine control panel to flatten or shape steel
• monitor product shape and flatness
• perform basic inspections and measurements
• maintain a clean work area
• follow safety protocols
• perform preventative maintenance as needed.
