Auto Body Technician

The Auto Body Technician role is onsite in Carlisle, MA. Compensation is $30–$38 per hour. The position supports collision repair work at Carlisle Auto Body, a family-owned shop with automotive service roots dating to 1941. The technician performs advanced collision and heavy body repairs while maintaining workmanship and repair quality. The role also helps coordinate shop-floor workflow, supports fellow technicians, identifies repair or parts issues, and communicates progress and needs to management.

What you'll do

• Perform advanced collision and heavy auto body repairs on European, Asian, and domestic vehicles

• support fellow technicians with repair questions
• identify parts, repair, and workflow issues
• use collision repair equipment and procedures
