Job overview
Compensation is $2 per hour. The Lead Team Member role is an onsite position based in Millheim, PA. , though an additional $1.50/hr is provided for overnight shifts between 10pm and 6am, supporting the Sheetz, Inc. retail operations team. This role exists to provide leadership by example, engaging customers with hospitality and ensuring quality food and beverage service. The lead team member mentors staff and maintains store cleanliness and inventory availability.
