What you'll do

• Develop credentialing strategy, operating models, policies, controls, service standards, and staffing plans
• oversee credentialing, primary-source verification, payer enrollment, revalidation, and provider records
• maintain credentialing systems and audit-ready files
• monitor exclusions, sanctions, licensure, and adverse actions
• oversee professional liability administration
• address credentialing-related denials and access disruptions
• lead credentialing work for acquisitions and new locations
• develop the credentialing team
• manage technology and reporting
• and provide executive updates. Periodic travel to clinics, payer meetings, acquisitions, audits, and leadership events is required, generally up to 15%.
