What you'll do

• Create and maintain operational, management, monitoring, and reconciliation reports
• validate reports and data outputs
• investigate and document reporting, data, and system issues
• perform user acceptance testing
• support process improvements and new client, product, vendor, and system initiatives
• maintain documentation and ticket records
• build working knowledge of reporting, ACH, payment products, and related systems.
